i think meganium with either psychic or rock secondary typing would be cool. i think psychic works better because multiple pokedex entries talk about it being able to calm the emotions of those around it and heal plants and idk it’s just got that vibe visually! rock because it’s believed to be based off dinosaurs (ofc) and also a specific ancient plant that when fossilised was originally believed to be a dinosaurs jaw bone.
#i used meganium in my most recent hgss save and it’s definitely harder to use (especially when falkner + bugsy r the first two gym leaders😭#and in general grass type mons got ATTRIOUS movesets in the first couple gens but i loved my baby#very overhated pokemon imo and probably my fave fully evolved johto starter#just such a beautiful design 🤧🌱🦕#ramblings
